The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • To maintain office systems, including data management and filing.

  • To work alongside the Managing Director and the team to assist with administrative work, drafting internal and external reports, minute taking, etc

  • To produce documentation and reports relating to servicing health and social care contracts

  • To carry out human recourses tasks in support the functioning of the homes including supporting management in organising staff team rota.

  • Communicating with stakeholders to maintain working relationships and delivery of service outcomes.

  • To organise and maintain the Managing Director's diary and make appointments,

  • The successful Administrator/Business Coordinator will have the following experience and attributes:

  • Studied to a minimum standard of GCSE (grade A* - C), or equivalent, in English and Maths

  • Relevant Business Administration qualification or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • High level of confidentiality, integrity and reliability.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise.

  • Experience of working in health and social care sector is desirable but not essential.

Salary and Benefits

  • Annual salary £21 500.00 to £24 000 depending on experience

  • Full time role working 35 hours per week

  • 20 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays

  • Training and Development support.
